4、 The structure is flexible and can be designed according to the on-site situation.


The disadvantage is that the requirements for civil engineering are higher.



The advantages of screw type household elevators are:


1、 The civil engineering requirements are low, and the screw type household elevator belongs to the platform type, which has low requirements for civil engineering.


2、 The space utilization rate is high, as it adopts a non car wall structure, thus the space utilization rate is high.


3、 Simple structure with minimal post maintenance


4、 High safety, the screw elevator will not have the phenomenon of hitting the top or squatting at the bottom.


The disadvantage is: high noise; Slow speed



Hydraulic home elevators are not widely used nowadays, and the advantages of hydraulic home elevators are:


1、 Like the screw type, the requirements for civil engineering structures are low


2、 Hydraulic elevators will not exceed the speed limit and lose control.


The disadvantage is that after prolonged use, occasional oil leakage may occur!
