According to current statistical data on elevator accidents at home and abroad, accidents caused by door system malfunctions and protection operation errors account for over 80% of all elevator accidents, A large proportion explain that the elevator door system is a disaster prone area, and the reliability of the door control system is one of the means to avoid elevator accidents.

Through the analysis of the faults in the elevator door system, from the quality issues of the elevator device to the inadequate maintenance work of the elevator maintenance personnel, as well as the inability of the user unit to use the elevator correctly and reasonably, it can lead to elevator malfunctions. Therefore, the prevention and disposal of hazards in the elevator door system should be implemented, and the author suggests adopting the following measures to strengthen prevention.



Maintenance methods. The adjustment of the components of the elevator door system must not go through motions. When making adjustments to various hazards such as vulnerable contact springs and movement direction deviation, it is important to avoid being careless and careless. Parts that are difficult to correct should be replaced in a timely manner, and the problems and hazards raised by the inspection organization should be rectified one by one. Although the quality assurance is not a high level of skill in cleaning hall door defects, it should be emphasized and more efforts should be made to enhance the detailed inspection of the door system. In strict accordance with the maintenance project content and requirements, potential problems in the door system should be discovered and adjusted in a timely manner during regular and routine inspections, eliminating potential hazards in the event and ensuring passenger safety.
